Ebun Ebunlomo, PHD
Dr. Ebunlomo has been the Chief Executive Officer of Preferred Urgent Care since January 2016. Prior to accepting this role, Dr. Ebunlomo was an Evaluation Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) where she worked with the World Health Organization, African Region, to conduct a multisite evaluation of national public health surveillance and response systems.
Though her journey into healthcare has not been the traditional path, she has drawn on her knowledge spanning over 17 years of professional experience across public health and healthcare industries to provide quality care at all levels: patient-based and population-wide. She has also served as a contributing faculty member with the MPH@Baylor program since April 2019 and has remained a Clinical Assistant Professor with the Department of Public Health at Baylor University to date.
Dr. Ebun loves to sing, cook and travel. She is happily married to her husband, Deji and together they have 2 amazing boys, Iyanu and Iremide.
Mary Santiago, MD
Dr. Mary Santiago joined Preferred as its medical director in August 2016 and she has since been a champion for quality service and a catalyst for growth. Dr. Santiago as she is fondly called is a Board-certified family medicine physician who has over twenty years of working experience.
After receiving her Doctor of Medicine Diploma from University of the East Philippines, she conducted her residency program at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and graduated in 2004. Licensed to practice medicine in Michigan and Texas, she initially began her career in Detroit working for several medical groups and medical centers before later moving to Houston in 2006. She has since being practicing as a family physician in various capacity.
As a family physician, she always strives to expand her knowledge and improve patient care. Her primary objective is to provide warm, compassionate care for the entire family for all their healthcare needs with a keen focus on preventive care.
When I am not spending time with my family, I love to cook, read, and play the piano.
DANI GLASPER, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Family Practice and Pediatrics. Dani is a proficient and diligent Family Nurse Practitioner with thirteen years of experience in the healthcare industry. She delivers patient-centered care rooted in compassion, respect, and kindness. Dani is dedicated to providing high-quality acute care to all of her patients.
Kim Hamilton, P.A-C
Kim Hamilton, P.A-C, attended the University of New Orleans for her undergraduate on a Track and Field scholarship. She later went on to pursue her love for medicine at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. There she received her master’s degree as a Physician Assistant.
She is very passionate about health care and working closely with her patients across the Katy area. She has been practicing family medicine for the past 16 yrs (15 of them in Katy) and also practiced orthopedics for a year in the Med Center. With a kinesiology undergrad degree she enjoys working with athletes and sports related injuries.
Diane Rodriguez
Diane Rodriguez is the Practice Manager with over twenty-five years of experience in the medical industry in various management roles. Prior to joining Preferred Urgent Care in May 2019, she spent the past fifteen years growing and building urgent care centers across Texas. Diane specializes in compliance, policy, and procedures, while maintaining accreditations with outside agencies.
She grew up in Lufkin, Texas before moving to Katy, TX 10 years ago. Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Across the organization, it is impossible to miss the tireless energy and positive attitude that Diane brings to the workplace which in turn encourages her team to work hard and succeed.
Diane is inspired daily by her two children. In her free time, Diane enjoys sports events, concerts, and taking vacations with her children.
Maritza Garcia
Maritza is the billing coordinator with over 3 years of health care experience. She started as a registered dental assistant and quickly realized she enjoyed interacting more with patients in an urgent care setting.
She joined Preferred Urgent Care in January 2021 as a patient concierge assisting patients with check ins, insurance verification and some minor billing tasks. She excelled in that role so much so that she was promoted to the role of billing coordinator. Her role is to ensure that all billing functions are carried out timely and by the appropriate team member.
It’s impossible to miss Martiza’s bubbling personality even on her worst day. Her team and patients love her so much. She is married to her lovely husband, Francisco and together they have two healthy and lovely kids, Ayden and Lexie. When she isn’t working, she enjoys relaxing with her family catching up on her favorite TV shows.
